Upon inspection, I identified a leak originating from the sink strainer. I carefully removed the old strainer, ensuring no damage to the surrounding fixtures. A new junior basket strainer was then installed, followed by the reset of the tailpiece using a fresh 1-1/2” plastic lock ring. After completing the installation, I conducted thorough testing to confirm the absence of any leaks. The job was performed under the supervision of Manager Danielle, who was present on site. All parts used were accounted for and properly installed.
Upon inspection, I identified a pressure assist toilet that was leaking between the tank and seat with each flush. A closer examination revealed that the back tank bolt was significantly loose, nearly detached. I proceeded to tighten all tank bolts to ensure a secure fit. After making these adjustments, I conducted a series of tests to confirm the toilet's functionality. The toilet is now operating correctly without any leaks. Throughout the process, I maintained communication with Manager Lacey, who was present on site to oversee the work.
Upon inspection, I discovered a broken metered faucet actuator. After resetting it, I found it continuously running. I promptly sourced a new Chicago actuator and cartridge. I removed the old components and installed the new parts. I adjusted the duration settings and reset the handle. A thorough test confirmed the faucet was functioning correctly. Throughout the process, the manager was present to oversee the work.
Upon inspection, the pressure-assist toilet on the right rear side was found to be continuously running. I removed the existing flush cartridge and installed a new one. After thorough testing, the issue was resolved. The manager, Bri, was present on site to verify the successful completion of the task. The part used was a Flushmate cartridge.
During the service, I identified an issue with the nitro brew drip tray drain line, where plastic tubing was incorrectly used instead of a 90-degree fitting, causing a kink that obstructed water drainage. Additionally, the left rhino rinser was found to be continuously spraying due to a broken bottom flat washer. I removed the rhino rinser, replaced the washer, and reset the system. I also discovered a new drip tray in a box. After removing the old tubing and tray, I installed the new drip tray and repiped using a 1” PVC female adapter, a 90-degree elbow, and 1’ of 1” PVC pipe, connected with a Fernco coupling. I tested the system by pouring water into the tray. Manager Terrence was present during the service.
Upon arrival, I conducted a thorough inspection of the pressure-assist toilet in the designated bathroom. The toilet was exhibiting issues with its flush mechanism, specifically a broken flush cable and a malfunctioning cartridge. I began by replacing the broken flush cable with a new Flushmate pressure assist flush cable, ensuring it was securely installed and functioning correctly. Next, I replaced the faulty cartridge with a new Flushmate pressure assist cartridge, which restored the necessary pressure and functionality. After completing the repairs, I tested the toilet to confirm that it was operating smoothly and efficiently. The installation of the new parts resolved the issues, and the toilet is now fully functional.
Last week, I addressed a customer's issue with an instant hot faucet that wasn't working. Upon inspection, I found that the water heater was leaking, so I replaced it. After resolving the leak, I reset the packing nut on the faucet, which restored its functionality. However, the faucet later showed signs of damage, necessitating a replacement. Since I didn't have a two-handle faucet in my van, I returned to the shop to get one and completed the replacement. Additionally, the manager asked if I could repair a rhino rinser, which was not functioning properly. I replaced the plunger washer on the rhino rinser, and it is now working correctly. The customer is very satisfied.
Upon arrival, I identified that the Zurn sensor faucets were experiencing constant on-off cycling in both bathrooms. After thorough inspection, I discovered the Hydro-X Power hydrogenerator was improperly installed. Removing this component resolved the issue, and the faucets are now functioning correctly. This installation method is not standard for regular battery-operated faucets. The job was completed efficiently, ensuring the system operates as intended.
During the service, I thoroughly tested the toilet by flushing it over twenty times, observing that the cartridge reset correctly each time. The cartridge and bladder appeared new, with no visible cracks or damage. Despite the toilet's pristine condition, the high usage during peak hours seemed to strain its performance. I noted that the bathroom door was frequently pulled, indicating heavy use. The shift supervisor confirmed issues during busy periods. To diagnose the problem, I recommend visiting during these peak times.
Upon arrival, I assessed the single handle single hole faucet, which was stripped and could not be tightened. Consequently, it required replacement. I returned with a single hole single handle one-temperature Zurn faucet featuring a 6-inch flat spout. To access the faucet from below, I had to cut a hole into the cabinet. After installation, the new faucet was securely in place, with no leaks. The cabinet was left clean for the client to address as needed. The replacement was completed efficiently, and the client signed off on the work.
I arrived on site for a work order involving a clogged toilet. Upon inspection, I identified that the left side rear restroom toilet was obstructed. I carefully removed the excess toilet paper and employed a plunger to dislodge the blockage. After several attempts, the clog was successfully cleared. I then tested the toilet to ensure proper drainage. Throughout the process, no one was present on site. The job was completed efficiently and effectively.
Upon arrival, I entered the premises and canceled the alarm after it sounded due to an unrecognized code. I found the water heater off and the gas shut off at the ball valve. After spraying down the gas lines and whip, I turned on the gas and heater, which fired up. I then checked for leaks, tightened all gas connections, and ensured the exhaust condensation was draining. I cycled the heater multiple times with a flammable vapor detector, which showed no issues. I left the heater on and attended to another work order before returning to verify the gas leak was resolved.
Upon arrival, I entered the closed store using my access. The alarm code failed, so I canceled it after it sounded. I found the water heater off and the gas shut off at the ball valve. I sprayed down the gas lines and whip, then turned on the gas and heater. The heater fired up, but no bubbles were detected, so I turned it off and tightened all gas connections. I also checked and tightened the exhaust connections, ensuring the condensation plug was draining. I cycled the heater multiple times with a flammable vapor detector, which never tripped. I left the heater and gas on to attend another work order, returning later to test again with the detector and my senses.
The customer approved the estimate for the job, which involved a comprehensive inspection and repair of the HVAC system. The work included checking and cleaning the air filters, lubricating the motor, and ensuring all components were functioning correctly. Additionally, I performed a thorough cleaning of the ductwork to improve air quality and efficiency. The customer will contact us later this month to schedule the service date and time.
Upon arrival, I identified a persistent issue where rainwater was accumulating on both sides of the sink. Despite the presence of water, the sink was functioning correctly without any signs of backup. I thoroughly inspected the area, ensuring there were no blockages or leaks. I cleared any debris from the drain and checked the pipes for any obstructions. After confirming that everything was in order, I ran water to verify proper drainage. The issue was resolved, and the sink is now operating efficiently.
Upon inspection, I identified a damaged push fitting on the cold water line connected to the dishwasher, which was causing a noticeable leak. To resolve this issue, I carefully disassembled the affected area, ensuring minimal disruption. I then replaced the damaged 1- 3/8x3/8x3/8 push fitting with a new one, ensuring a secure and leak-proof connection. After reassembling, I tested the system to confirm that the leak was completely resolved and that water flow was restored. The dishwasher is now functioning properly, and the risk of further damage has been eliminated.
30 and finishing at 5:50. Parts used included one small bar sink strainer and one 1 1/2 fernco.
Upon arrival, I assessed the low water pressure issue. Investigating further, I discovered that the problem extended to the entire complex. After inspecting the area, I identified a burst main water line caused by ongoing construction in a nearby unit. I informed the manager, Micheal, and provided photographic evidence. I signed for Micheal to avoid any contact with my phone.
Upon inspection, it was determined that the cold bar sink had a missing section of caulking, causing water to leak into the cabinet below. The sink and countertop were noticeably wet, making it impossible to seal the area immediately. To address this, I applied a small tube of silicone to the affected corner of the sink. This temporary measure will prevent further water leakage until Tommy, who works the night shift, can seal the entire area at closing. He plans to ensure the countertop is dry and ready for a proper seal in the morning. Additionally, Tommy mentioned that he might take care of other tasks during his shift since the area will be dry and accessible.
Upon inspection, the instant hot water faucet heater was leaking during use, significantly reducing water pressure. I replaced the faulty heater with a new model, which required cutting the sink drain to accommodate its larger size. Additionally, the tee on the faucet supply line was damaged and leaking, so I replaced it as well. The installation of the new heater and tee resolved the leaks, restoring proper water pressure. The job was signed off by Jordan.

Additionally, I discovered that the tee on the faucet supply line was also leaking and needed replacement. After installing the new tee, I ensured that all connections were secure and leak-free. The job was completed efficiently, and I confirmed the successful resolution of the issues with Jordan. Supplies used included one instant hot water heater, one plastic tee for water lines, and one 1 1/2 fernco.
I successfully completed the initial phase of the project, ensuring all necessary preparations were made for the installation. I coordinated with the relevant authorities to establish the tap's location. Currently, I await confirmation from the city regarding the exact installation site. Once this information is provided, I will return to finalize the installation process, ensuring everything is set up according to specifications.
Upon arrival, I identified a significant leak originating from the inside of the employee bathroom faucet, compounded by a cut in the hot supply line. The faucet required immediate replacement to prevent further damage. I communicated with the manager, Tiffany, to inform her of the situation and our plan to return with the necessary replacement parts. Upon returning with the new TNS single hole single handle faucet, I replaced the faulty unit. The new faucet is now functioning correctly, with no signs of leakage. Additionally, I informed Tiffany that the floor needed mopping due to residual water from the leak. The job was completed to satisfaction, and I signed off with Tiffany for the replacement of the TNS faucet single hole single handle.
Upon inspection, I found the back nut on the pre-rinse faucet to be significantly loose. I carefully tightened all the faucet fittings, ensuring they were secure and properly aligned. This resolved the leak issue. I verified the faucet's functionality and confirmed that the leak was completely eliminated. The job was completed to the satisfaction of the client, Keith, who signed off on the work.

After making these adjustments, the leak was completely resolved. I verified the fix by running water through the faucet to confirm there were no further issues. The job was completed to satisfaction, and I obtained a signature from Keith as confirmation.
Everyone was polite and considerate. I would use them again.
called for a second opinion and wish we had called here first. Greg started with relevant questions before jumping into assuming what the issue was. Hey he spent extra time with my wife and I an educated us on plumbing systems and how they work which gave us a better understanding of what we were looking at. He offered alternatives but has saved us some money and time. highly recommend this gentleman and his services.
I cannot thank Greg McFarland enough. I had an emergency water line break in my yard. Greg showed up and went above and beyond to make sure we had water the same day, we have had now this happen four times . Greg is making sure that our home will be fixed permanently not just temporarily fixing an issue we would have continue to deal with .
I had Greg come out to look at my gas line and he was great! He was professional, assessed the issue, and helped me figure out a solution. I will definitely call him again!
Excellent Service
